The $3,250,000 capital lease for a Texas-based company specializing in oil and gas equipment rentals. The transaction is secured by light towers, generators, man lifts and forklifts. This marks an additional financing agreement with Utica for the existing client, enabling them to refinance debt and access essential working capital.
