LTi Promotes Taylor to VP of Software Engineering

April 30, 2024, 07:18 AM

LTi Technology Solutions (LTi) announced the promotion of Adam Taylor to the role of Vice President Software Engineering.

In his new role, Taylor assumes oversight of all LTi software engineering initiatives across the organization, encompassing Product Engineering, Quality Assurance, Tooling and Scripting, Coding, and Software Development Processes.

“Adam's tenure at LTi began in 2014 and he quickly ascended to a managerial role, spending the majority of his career in development” said Philip Rieck, LTi’s SVP/Chief Technology Officer. “Since accepting the position of Director in 2021, Adam has led the Development Group and proven his leadership ability and practical approach with successful strategic and tactical initiatives.”

Taylor's promotion underscores LTi's 35-year commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in software engineering and it reinforces LTi’s position as an industry leader in delivering innovative solutions to the equipment finance sector. At LTi, the focus is on three key pillars that form the bedrock of the company’s successful 35-year strategy: an experienced team, tenured client partners and trusted product platforms. They call this the #LTiDifference. The LTI difference has propelled LTi forward for 35 years.

Taylor commented on his promotion by noting, “during my tenure at LTi, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredibly talented team, dedicated to designing innovative products and to collaborating with our client partners who have shared critical insights into their real-life business problems. LTi’s collaborative culture has allowed our engineers to design new product innovations that solve real life business problems. I look forward to continuing to lead the LTi software engineering team for many years to come.”
