FNBC Bank has hired Tony Futrell as Business Development Officer. Futrell brings over 40 years of banking experience in the Jonesboro market and will report to Community President Gabe Roberts.

“Tony is a well-respected banker in the Jonesboro community and brings a deep understanding of the market,” said Roberts. “His experience, relationships and commitment to service will be a great asset to our continued growth.”

In his new role, Futrell will support FNBC’s strategic business development efforts, helping to grow commercial relationships and connect local businesses with FNBC’s full suite of banking solutions. His extensive background in lending and customer relationship management will play a key role as the bank expands its footprint in the region.

“We are excited to add someone of Tony’s caliber to our team,” said Trent Brown, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. “His knowledge of the Jonesboro market and his dedication to relationship banking align perfectly with FNBC’s mission of community-focused, personalized financial services.”

Futrell began his banking career in Jonesboro in 1978 and most recently worked as Senior Vice President of the Lending Division of another bank in Jonesboro. He is a Jonesboro High graduate and earned his degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Arkansas Bankers Association Lending School and the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma.

“I’m honored to join FNBC Bank and be part of a team that truly values its communities and customers,” said Futrell. “Jonesboro has been my home and professional base for decades, and I look forward to continuing to serve the people and businesses here in this new role.”

A committed community volunteer, Futrell has served on the Board of Directors of the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce and Abilities Unlimited, as a Loaned Executive for United Way, and as a member of numerous civic organizations, including Civitan Club, Exchange Club, Rotary Club, and the Jonesboro Citizens Police Academy. He also served as an E911 Reserve Dispatcher. He has been a member of First Baptist Church Jonesboro for almost 30 years.

He and his wife, Kim, live in Jonesboro and have four adult children and five grandchildren.

FNBC is an $800 million asset community bank with locations across North Central and Northeast Arkansas, and South-Central Missouri.
