Daily Herald Suburban Business has recognized ECS Financial Services as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois 2025. ECS Financial Services secured the #19 spot in the highly competitive small business category.

The official rankings were announced during the Daily Herald’s Recognition and Ranking Reveal Event on May 8th at Abbington Distinctive Banquets in Glen Ellyn, Ill. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of these esteemed awards, ECS Financial Services was honored for its workplace culture, clear and trustworthy communication and the way it values its employees.

Marking a milestone achievement, this was the inaugural year that ECS Financial Services participated and emerged as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois.

Finalists included 38 exemplary companies from the state, spanning from Gurnee to Effingham. The winners were selected through a meticulous survey process conducted by Workforce Research Group. Some 20% of the results are based on employer responses and a significant 80% are derived from employee
feedback.
