Eastern Bank has added Karl-Henry Francois as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. Francois brings more than 20 years of banking experience, including 18 years of experience providing a comprehensive range of lending solutions for middle market commercial businesses.
“Karl-Henry Francois brings a strong background in serving the credit, refinancing and overall lending and financing needs of middle market companies, and we are excited to welcome him to Eastern Bank’s Commercial Banking team,” said Greg Buscone, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Banking Officer of Eastern Bank.
Francois has over two decades of experience in middle market commercial banking, specializing in financial restructuring, debt refinancing and underwriting for privately held, sponsor-owned and publicly traded businesses. He joins Eastern Bank from Citizens Financial Group where he held a variety of roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager. His expertise includes industries such as food and beverage, paper and packaging, transportation and manufacturing. He delivers tailored financial solutions, including loan products, treasury management, hedging strategies and debt capital markets, and has played a key role in driving the growth and stability of different businesses. Francois earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Suffolk University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Bentley University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bridgewell and the New England Human Services Collaborative (NEHSCO).
