MHH Expands Footprint In Florida, Adds Attorneys From Saavedra Goodwin

July 02, 2025, 06:57 AM

Moritt Hock & Hamroff announced the addition of the attorneys from Saavedra Goodwin, a Fort Lauderdale-based boutique law firm focused on business litigation, real estate and corporate law, further illustrating our commitment to growth in South Florida. Damaso Saavedra joins the firm as Senior Counsel while Randolph M. Brombacher joins as Of Counsel and Caitlin J. Bronstein joins as an Associate.

The move marks the second significant expansion into South Florida following our 2023 announcement when Greg Ritter and several attorneys from Ritter Chusid LLP joined MHH to establish our first full-service office location. It also follows the recent additions of Joseph Poklemba and Steven Bimston, in March of this year, who joined our Litigation and Creditors Rights', Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice groups.

“The addition of the Saavedra Goodwin team augments our ability to deliver positive, collaborative results for our clients with interests throughout the state of Florida,” said Michael Cardello III, Managing Partner. "Their deep expertise in business, corporate, real estate and litigation-related services complements our existing team in South Florida and provides us with the capacity and expertise needed to expand in this fast-growing business destination.”

“Our expanded team underscores our commitment to the growing South Florida market as well as our success in delivering favorable outcomes across a wide range of practice groups and industries,” said Marc Hamroff, Chairman. “We are delighted to welcome Damaso and his talented team of attorneys and look forward to their contributions as we continue to address the legal complexities and issues connected to South Florida’s continued evolution as a global financial and commercial hub.”

“Moritt Hock & Hamroff has an outstanding reputation, and we look forward to contributing to their continued growth and success,” said Saavedra. “From complex commercial litigation to real estate and corporate matters, our expertise matches and enhances Moritt Hock & Hamroff’s capabilities and will allow us to work together effectively to produce positive client outcomes.”
