DLL Launches Express Connect for Office Equipment Dealers

DLL announced the availability of Express Connect, a system-to-system integration tool designed with the needs of dealer partners in mind. Now, completely automated meter and payment transfers are available for office equipment dealers utilizing the ECi e-automate® software platform.

“Finding innovative ways to increase the speed and ease of doing business with DLL has always been a top priority,” says Bob Hunter, Senior Vice President US Sales Office Technology at DLL. “With Express Connect, our dealers no longer have to manually apply receivables — eliminating a great amount of administrative burden related to service and usage of the assets. And the end user/customer benefits from a more efficient billing process at the same time.”

Dealers are enthusiastic about process improvements as well as better reporting functionality. To continuously track activity, customized summaries and detailed reporting can now be sent via e-mail to assist in managing the new process. Currently the program has been integrated for 17 customers, leveraging ECi technology, and DLL looks forward to expanding the number of users in 2015.
