Nossaman Expands Infrastructure Practice with Attorney Eady

Nossaman LLP announced that Edsell “Chip” Eady Jr. has joined its Infrastructure Group. He will serve as of counsel in the Firm’s San Diego office. Before joining Nossaman, Eady practiced public finance in Procopio’s San Diego office for more than a decade.  

Eady serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and borrower’s counsel in the financing of public and nonprofit facilities and other infrastructure nationwide. His practice focuses on representing California cities, public agencies, special districts, public and nonprofit education and healthcare institutions for projects including mixed use development, affordable housing, municipal utilities, pension and retirement benefits, education, healthcare, cultural and recreational facilities, hydroelectric power, water and wastewater facilities, open space preservation, land development and equipment leasing. Eady also has extensive experience in compliance with federal tax and securities law, including the representation of clients under investigation or responding to SEC subpoenas and requests for information. He also counsels managers and governing boards in their review and approval of official disclosure to investors and responses to rating agencies and investor concerns.
