KLC Financial Promotes Brett Sorensen to Chief Revenue Officer

August 21, 2025, 07:17 AM

KLC Financial announced the promotion of Brett Sorensen to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this new role, Sorensen will oversee all revenue-driving functions at KLC, uniting sales, marketing and strategic partnerships to fuel the company’s next phase of growth.

Sorensen joined KLC in 2022 and quickly became a driving force behind its success. Known for his approachable leadership style and remarkable ability to connect with people, he has fostered a culture of collaboration and mentorship that extends well beyond his official role. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sorensen led initiatives that expanded KLC’s market presence, deepened relationships with customers and vendors and delivered consistent growth — all while supporting and developing those around him.

“Brett is more than a great leader — he’s the kind of person who makes everyone around him better,” said Spencer Thomas, CEO of KLC Financial. “His energy is contagious, and he has an incredible way of combining sharp industry expertise with genuine care for our customers, partners, and team. We’re thrilled to see him step into this role and help write the next chapter of KLC’s story.”

As Chief Revenue Officer, Sorensen will focus on aligning KLC’s sales and marketing efforts to create even stronger experiences for customers and partners, while uncovering new opportunities to grow KLC’s reach across its core industries.

“I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead,” Sorensen said. “We’ve got a team at KLC that’s second to none — people who truly care about doing right by our customers and helping businesses succeed. It’s a privilege to work alongside them, and I’m looking forward to seeing how far we can go together.”

This announcement comes as KLC Financial continues to grow its footprint as a trusted partner in equipment financing, serving industries from construction, manufacturing/production, aviation, family entertainment and more.
