Beacon Funding announced that it has received a 2014 Complaint Free Award from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Beacon Funding prides itself in maintaining the highest level of customer service, and this award complements this mission and solidifies Beacon Funding's core values.

"The fact that we continue to maintain the highest level of integrity and trust with our clients, partners, and vendors while conducting a high volume of business is a testament to our employees, our values, and our practices," said Toby McDonough, Vice President, Beacon Funding. "Client and partner satisfaction is a top priority for Beacon Funding, and receiving the Complaint Free Award yet again is affirmation of the hard work and energy we've put into our products, programs, and services and shows that our employees are achieving the very high standards we ask of them."

Since its inception in 1990, Beacon Funding has never had a BBB registered complaint. In addition to this award, Beacon Funding continues to boast an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Beacon Funding has been BBB accredited since 2009.

Finishing a calendar year without any registered complaints, despite thousands of transactions, is due in part to Beacon Funding's mission to provide best-in-class customer satisfaction. With a rapidly growing equipment financing customer base across a multitude of niche markets and industries, Beacon's continued advances in service and personal response time have played an integral part in ensuring transactions and programs are properly managed and executed.

"[Beacon's] commitment to customer service excellence pays dividends in many ways in meeting and exceeding customer needs," said Steve J. Bernas, President & CEO, Better Business Bureau. "We are honored to recognize [their] business for superior performance in the area of ethical business practices."
