Transportation Equipment Network (TEN), a leading trailer leasing company owned by I Squared Capital, a global infrastructure investor, announced that Peter Lynch has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Lynch brings more than 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience with top industrial organizations, including PLASKOLITE, Honeywell, Kärcher and Gates Corporation. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at PLASKOLITE, where he played a key role in driving growth and operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Lynch has earned a reputation for disciplined leadership and strategic vision, consistently delivering results in growth initiatives, business turnarounds, and cultural transformation. His expertise spans finance and administration leadership, strategy and business planning, pricing, metric-driven performance reporting, and process excellence.
As Chief Financial Officer, Lynch will oversee all aspects of TEN’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring the company’s financial health and integrity. His responsibilities include day-to-day leadership of financial operations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to the Board of Directors, lenders and internal stakeholders. He will align financial strategies with the company’s strategic and operational objectives, with a focus on ROI and capital efficiency.
