Fleet Advantage, a leading innovator in specialty financing, fleet data analytics, fleet management services, and life cycle cost management, announced today that Remarketing Operations Manager Ysis Jackson has been recognized as a recipient of the Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award.
The Women in Supply Chain Award recognizes female leaders annually whose accomplishments, mentorship and influence drive progress across all levels of a company’s supply chain. This year’s winners span multiple industries, including transportation, logistics, and distribution, and have played a critical role in helping clients address challenges, improve efficiencies, and drive innovation. Award categories highlight Rising Stars, Trailblazers, DEI Pioneers and Workforce Innovators. Jackson was honored in the Trailblazers category, celebrating her leadership in paving the way for future generations of women in logistics with over a decade of industry experience.
Since joining Fleet Advantage in 2014, Jackson has been instrumental in developing and executing the operational foundation of the company’s Remarketing Department. She has led the creation of innovative administrative processes that streamline title management, accelerate asset transactions, and improve buyer satisfaction. Her leadership has directly supported major projects, including the successful integration and sale of one of the nation’s largest retailers’ equipment fleet, which significantly scaled departmental operations while maintaining Fleet Advantage’s high standards for accuracy and client service.
With more than ten years of transportation and logistics expertise, Jackson brings a unique career perspective, having risen through the ranks from receptionist at a Ford dealership to her current leadership role. Her diverse experience across warranty, finance, fleet administration, and office management has enabled her to design forward-thinking systems and mentor colleagues while championing operational efficiency. She continues to demonstrate that perseverance, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence can create new opportunities for women in traditionally male-dominated industries.
Jackson is also deeply committed to giving back to the community. She is an active volunteer with Fleet Advantage’s Kids Around The Corner (KATC) Foundation, participating in events that support underserved children and families across South Florida. Her engagement reflects her belief in leading with purpose both inside and outside the workplace.
“Ysis exemplifies the qualities that define a true trailblazer in our industry,” said Brian Holland, President and CEO of Fleet Advantage. “Her ability to innovate processes, inspire peers, and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence has made a lasting impact on our organization. We are proud to celebrate this recognition of her leadership and her commitment to paving the way for future women in logistics.”
