TEN (Transportation Equipment Network), a leading full-service trailer leasing company owned by I Squared Capital, announced the appointment of Hooman Yazhari as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Yazhari brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning leasing, transportation finance, transportation and logistics, aviation and business transformation. He has served in multiple C-suite roles, including CEO of Waypoint (the largest PE-backed rotary wing aircraft lessor), Chairman and CEO of Voyager (a leading PE-backed widebody aircraft lessor) and General Counsel of ILFC (the aircraft leasing industry’s leading platform with approximately $40 billion assets at the time). He has also served in senior executive and non-executive roles at Bristow Group, CHC Helicopter, Gate Group, Tortoise Capital, Speedcast and Western Global Airways. Hooman has been instrumental in leading companies through complex transformations, growth, and successful exits.

As CEO, Yazhari will focus on driving commercial performance, optimizing operations, and scaling TEN’s market presence.
