First Citizens Bank announced that Brian Kernan has joined its Equipment Finance business as Senior Vendor Program Specialist for the Industrial Finance Group.

Prior to his current role, Kernan served as both Regional Manager and Vendor Manager at Deutsche Leasing USA where he led a significant national construction program and managed the retail finance business throughout the Northeast and MidAtlantic markets. Previously, he held business development and leadership roles at PNC Bank & PNC Equipment Finance.
Kernan holds a MBA in Management from La Salle University and a bachelor’s of science in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College.
