Summit Funding Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Erica Day as Executive Vice President of Operations. In this role, Day will provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of documentation, operational accounting, reporting, and technical project management. She reports directly to the President, Rick Ross as a member of the executive leadership team.

With a career defined by exceptional leadership and a gift for navigating complex enterprise initiatives, Day brings proven expertise in complex technical implementations and process improvements in the financial services industry. Her track record in spearheading program transformations, managing complex operations and fostering cross-departmental collaboration, positions her as a visionary leader for Summit’s continued growth.

Known for driving operational excellence and advancing team performance, Day is also a champion of diversity and inclusion within the industry. She leads efforts to empower women in technology and finance and is deeply engaged in community initiatives supporting women’s causes.

In her personal time, Day finds joy in the simple pleasures: time with her husband Rob, hosting gatherings for friends and family, flower gardening and orchestrating memorable events.
