360 Equipment Finance announced that Jesse Jaskolka has joined the company as Collections Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in banking and collections to the organization.

In this role,Jaskolka  will oversee collections operations and work closely with customers and partners to develop practical, relationship-driven solutions that support portfolio performance while maintaining strong client relationships.
