Alliance Equipment Finance (AEF) announced the addition of two senior leaders to support the continued growth of its large ticket equipment finance platform. Dale Schwartz has joined as Senior Vice President, Direct Origination, and Samantha Romo has joined as Senior Vice President, Risk.
As Senior Vice President, Direct Origination, Schwartz will focus on originating equipment financing transactions with middle market companies across a broad range of industries and collateral types. He brings more than a decade of experience structuring customized equipment finance solutions and working directly with C-suite decision makers. Prior to joining AEF, he served as Senior Vice President at Wingspire Equipment Finance.

Romo joins AEF with more than 15 years of experience in underwriting and risk management. As Senior Vice President, Risk, she will oversee underwriting, portfolio review, and risk assessment, reporting to Chief Risk Officer Todd Greenberg. Prior to joining AEF, Romo served as Credit Manager at DLL, where she managed a multibillion dollar portfolio of middle market loans and leases.
