Amembal & Halladay, in collaboration with Rinaldi Advisory Services, announces a free webinar as a part of Rinaldi Advisory Services' ongoing series -- RAS Live.

"Resurgence of the FMV Lease", the 60-minute webinar, will be held on April 28 from 12 pm to 1 pm (Mountain Time).  It will be one of three webinars scheduled by Amembal & Halladay in April. The other two, scheduled for April 8, are: "Income Tax Aspects of the One Big Beautiful Bill" and "Fundamentals of Finance". 

The newly announced webinar focuses on the FMV lease. Sudhir Amembal, CEO of Amembal & Halladay, states "The FMV lease, with its themes and variations, is the only true lease. It offers far more benefits to lessees than EFAs and capital leases. To boot, lessors benefit from enhanced profitability and new-found tax benefits. Though it is clearly a win-win, it is surprising that an overwhelming portion of our industry's volume is derived from loan-like products. Our goal is to alter the mix".

The overarching objective of the webinar is to aid lessors in seizing a growing opportunity".
