Throughout his career, Mays has held key roles at leading financial institutions, including seven years as a Senior Lending Relationship Manager with Wells Fargo and four years as a Territory Associate with JP Morgan Chase. His in-depth understanding of equipment leasing and financing has enabled him to cultivate strong relationships and deliver result-driven solutions for clients across a variety of industries.

Mays is dedicated to partnering with clients, offering customized leasing solutions designed to support their operational growth objectives.

A native of Chicago, he currently lives with his long-term girlfriend, their eighth-grade daughter, and their beloved cat and dog. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing basketball, traveling and is an avid shoe collector.
