TEN Appoints Trailer Leasing Veteran Domzalski as SVP of Growth and Customer Strategy

May 08, 2026, 07:16 AM

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) has appointed Mark Domzalski as Senior Vice President of Growth and Customer Strategy. Domzalski brings more than three decades of experience scaling commercial operations, building customer portfolios, and driving profitability across the trailer leasing and fleet services industry.

In this role, Domzalski will drive new customer acquisition across the U.S. and Canada, scale TEN Cool and TEN Space into larger standalone businesses, and ensure customers feel the full weight of TEN’s service capabilities from the first call to the last mile. He will also lead the buildout of TEN’s enterprise sales strategy as the company continues to grow.

Domzalski has held senior leadership positions at PLM Trailer Leasing, XTRA Lease, and General Electric, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at PLM.

“Mark has built his career at some of the most established names in trailer leasing, and he’s done it by growing customer relationships and scaling commercial operations from the ground up,” said Hooman Yazhari, CEO of TEN. “We were looking for someone who understands this industry at a deep level, and Mark checks every box. As we continue to invest in our offerings and broader go-to-market capabilities, Mark will play a key role in helping us accelerate growth and deliver a strong customer experience.”

Domzalski joins TEN at a time when the company is expanding its leadership team and investing in the commercial capabilities to match the size of its fleet and service network. His role brings customer acquisition, growth of key business lines, and customer experience together under one leader.

“The opportunity to join TEN at this stage of its growth was something I couldn’t pass up,” said Domzalski. ”The fleet scale, service network, and leadership team that’s come together here over the past year all point to a company that’s moving with real purpose. I’m looking forward to building on that momentum.”

Since naming Yazhari as CEO in November 2025, TEN has closed two major enterprise lease agreements — a $50 million deal with USA Truck and a sale-leaseback transaction with Shabad Transport Inc. — and has continued to expand its service capabilities and market presence across the U.S. and Canada, cementing its status as the largest full-service trailer lessor in North America.
