LTi Technology Solutions announced that Ann Myers has been promoted to Director of Release Management. The move brings release delivery, customer enablement and product documentation together under a single leader for the first time, part of a broader push the company is calling “All In” — an effort to rethink how releases are planned, communicated and adopted across its customer base.
The change reflects a shift in how LTi defines a successful release. Rather than measuring success solely by whether a release ships on schedule, Myers’ expanded team will be charged with ensuring every ASPIRE release lands with a clear, well-told story about the value it creates for customers, backed by documentation and training designed to help customers put new
capabilities to work quickly.
“Ann has been a driving force behind our release process, and this promotion recognizes what she’s already proven: that she’s rigorous about the details, calm under deadline pressure, and always focused on the people on the receiving end of what we ship,” said Adam Taylor, VP, Software Engineering, at LTi. “Pairing release coordination with enablement and documentation
under her leadership is going to take our releases to the next level.”
“We’re moving from thinking about a release as a deliverable to thinking about it as an experience,” Myers said. “That means partnering closely across Product, Engineering, and the rest of the business so that when something ships, our customers don’t just receive it — they understand it, and they’re set up to adopt it.”
The reorganization is a key part of LTi’s broader “All In” initiative, underscoring the company’s commitment to customer-centered execution as it continues to evolve the ASPIRE platform.
