TerraNova Capital Partners announced the closing of a strategic equipment financing transaction for BioGreen360 with Kineo Finance.
The financing provides BioGreen360 with long-term capital to support the deployment of its proprietary food waste recycling systems. Structured around the company’s operating model and capital needs, the transaction establishes a scalable financing solution designed to support BioGreen360’s continued expansion.
“We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside the BioGreen360 and Kineo Finance teams to bring this transaction to a successful close,” said John Burns, Managing Director and Head of Asset-Based Lending at TerraNova Capital Partners. “This financing provides BioGreen360 with a capital-efficient structure to accelerate the deployment of its systems while preserving capital for continued growth.”
TerraNova Capital Partners served as BioGreen360’s exclusive financial advisor in connection with the transaction.
