Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) announced the promotions of Tammy Crozier to Assistant Controller and Kendra Kalthoff to Customer Service & Insurance Supervisor.

Since joining the OCS team as an Accountant in 2022, Crozier has played a crucial role in the success and efficiency of the accounting team. Through her leadership, she has mentored team members while strengthening their overall skill set. This is Tammy’s second promotion, having served as Senior Accountant previously. In her new role, she will assist our Controller, oversee several Staff Accountants, and help drive the continued growth and development of the team.

Kalthoff joined the OCS team in 2023 and has had an immensely positive impact on the customer service department during her time as a Customer Service Specialist. Through her thoughtful and personable approach, she has been incredibly successful at building strong relationships with customers. In her new role, she will take on expanded leadership, assume greater responsibilities within the company’s insurance operations and elevate our commitment to customer service.
