360 Equipment Finance announced that Jan Schmitzer has joined the company as Collections & Litigation Specialist, further strengthening the company’s growing collections team.

In her new role, Schmitzer will execute early-stage intervention strategies on delinquent commercial accounts, identify the root causes of default, and negotiate cure plans and restructuring options. She will also evaluate late-stage accounts for post-charge-off collections efforts, prepare files for legal placement, manage legal files with counsel and execute post-judgment enforcement strategies.

“My favorite quote is, ‘Everything happens for a reason.’ I believe this applies to my joining the 360 team because I believe 360 will appreciate what I have to offer and help me continue to grow,” Schmitzer said. “I’m looking forward to becoming an asset to the company.”
