Wingspire Equipment Finance announced the closing of WEF 2026-1, its third equipment asset-backed securitization (ABS). Issuing a total of $407.07 million across six classes of notes, WEF 2026-1 is the company’s largest ABS issuance to date. The
senior notes received AAA ratings from Fitch Ratings and Kroll Bond Rating Agency, the highest grade each agency can assign. The transaction was more than 5x oversubscribed, drawing substantial investor interest.

WEF 2026-1 is backed by a portfolio of equipment lease and loan contracts with an aggregate securitization value of approximately $438.18 million as of the August 31, 2026, initial cutoff date. The portfolio includes 211 contracts across 63 obligors.

“Three ABS transactions in three years, each larger than the last, demonstrate the scale and execution Wingspire Equipment Finance brings to the market,” said Eric Freeman, Chief Executive Officer of Wingspire Equipment Finance. “Our third ABS transaction gives us greater capacity to deliver on large opportunities and continue growing alongside the businesses we serve.”

WEF 2026-1 follows Wingspire Equipment Finance’s $201 million inaugural ABS issuance in 2024 and its second issuance, which raised more than $292 million in 2025. With each successive transaction, the company has increased the size of its ABS issuance while continuing to finance equipment across a broad range of capital-intensive industries.

The closing adds to a period of strong growth for Wingspire Equipment Finance. The company funded $701.3 million in volume for 2025, a 66% increase from 2024, and continues to expand its large-ticket equipment financing solutions for middle-market and private equity-backed companies.
