Fox Communities Credit Union announced the hiring of Jerimiah Janssen as VP, Regional Commercial Manager. In this role Janssen will lead the commercial lending efforts across the Fox Cities and Oshkosh markets.

The VP, Regional Commercial Manager is accountable for regional business development, relationship management, team leadership, portfolio performance, and disciplined execution of Fox’s commercial lending strategy. This includes building a strong market presence, developing high-performing lenders, deepening member relationships and balancing sustainable growth with prudent risk management.

In this role, Janssen will lead commercial lenders across the Fox Cities and Oshkosh markets, aligning regional priorities with Fox’s organizational strategy, annual goals, risk appetite and member needs. He will also support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning and retention while executing a regional business plan that expands Fox’s commercial lending presence, strengthens relationships with members, prospects, community partners and referral sources and delivers comprehensive lending, deposit, treasury management and related solutions.

Working with Commercial Credit, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other partners, he will use performance data and market insights to establish goals, guide strategy, allocate resources, strengthen execution and address emerging risks.
