Service Credit Union has announced the promotion of eight senior leaders and hired a new VP-Retail as part of an expanded organizational structure designed to support the credit union’s continued growth, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and advance strategic initiatives.
“As Service Credit Union continues to grow, it’s important that our leadership structure evolves with our organization,” said President-CEO David Araujo. “Expanding our senior leadership team brings additional perspectives to the table, strengthens collaboration across the organization and positions us to make decisions more effectively as we continue serving our members and communities.”
Seven leaders have been promoted from AVP to VP roles across key areas of the organization: Meagan Barstow, VP-Accounting and Finance; Jillian Cote, VP-Legal and Compliance; Christine Fitchett, VP-Operations; Alexander Laham, VP-Enterprise Risk; Diane Towle, VP-Loss Mitigation; Brian Regan, VP-Service Ventures and Crystal Richardson, VP-Internal Audit. Tyler Kuhn, most recently VP, has been promoted to SVP-Marketing and Digital Strategy.
Amanda Misilo has joined the Service Credit Union leadership team as VP-Retail. She brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to the role, including leadership positions at Berkshire Bank and Harvard University Federal Credit Union.
Together, these promotions and new hire broaden representation across key business areas and support faster alignment and decision-making as Service Credit Union continues to grow.
