ABLE Leadership founder and CEO RJ Grimshaw has earned Anthropic's Claude Partner designation: Claude Code. 

"When we work with a leadership team on where to invest, we need to understand what it takes to put the technology to work," Grimshaw said. "Our clients need people who understand their business, can build what's needed, and will work through the details that determine whether it succeeds."

Each engagement starts with a measurable outcome the leadership team agrees on, such as hours returned to staff, faster customer turnaround, or lower cost to serve. Results are measured against a baseline set before any work begins. Employees help examine how work gets done and identify what should change before technology is selected.

That approach reflects Grimshaw's work on intrapreneurship: building an operating culture in which leadership sets direction and gives employees the latitude, authority and support to improve the business. AI gives those employees additional ways to apply their knowledge.

Implementation includes employee training, access controls, exception handling, and defined support responsibilities. Business executives remain accountable for results, including the total cost of making and sustaining the changes.
