Fitch has affirmed the PREF 2025-1 class A2 and B notes and upgraded the class C, D, and E notes. Fitch has assigned a Stable Outlook to class C. The Outlook for class A2 remains Stable, and the Outlooks for classes D and E remain Positive.

Fitch has affirmed the PREF 2026-1 class A1, A2, and E notes and upgraded the class B, C, and D notes. Fitch has assigned Positive Outlooks to classes B, C, D, and E. The Outlook for class A2 remains Stable.
