Liberty Commercial Finance, a rapidly growing independent equipment finance company backed by a global asset management
company with over $100B under management is looking to add dynamic, career focused sales professionals to the team in its
corporate HQ located in Tustin, CA.
Liberty utilizes a fresh, new approach to an older rigid industry relying on data, technology and teamwork rather than phone stats and
micro management to drive success. By putting their clients, team members and funding partners first, Liberty has experienced
tremendous success since inception and looks to quickly become a major player in the $1 Trillion per year Equipment Lease &
Finance Industry.
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- 3+ years in an outbound sales capacity- preferably in enterprise level selling
- College degree
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Basic understanding of commercial credit or (more importantly) the ability and willingness to learn
- Long-term view of success with strong, persistent work ethic. This is a career not a job and takes time to build a book of business
and ultimately reap the rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified potential borrowers/lessees by utilizing LCF’s various data sources
- Call on key decision makers via phone, email and in person meetings
- Work closely with management to price, structure and close equipment financing deals
- Assist credit with underwriting and operations department with documentation
Compensation:
- Salary + Commissions commensurate with experience and past success
- Performance Bonus Plan- Top performers earn additional bonuses above normal commissions
- Possibility for profit sharing/stock options based on level of success with Liberty
