Client Relations Associate
Location: Kirkland, WA

instaCOVER is an insurance technology company offering specialized insurance solutions to the lease and finance industry. The instCOVER platform allows lease brokers to instantly provide coverage to their customers that satisfies the lenders insurance requirement. All of these customers become customers of our agency – and with the growth of our business – we need someone to help our team provide exceptional customer service. We are a small team, so the role doesn’t stop at customer service. You will work closely with our business development team on new initiatives, lease broker relationships, and other growth-oriented activities.

As a member of the sales team, this position supports many aspects of instaCOVER through account management support and customer service. This person would support sales profitability, growth and sustainability through servicing existing customers and support new customers. We expect this role to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows, the position expands and as this person is capable.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, guidance and expedites resolutions.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and supports in identifying additional opportunities.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording and tracking account information and maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Manage in-bound calls from insurance customers answering their questions and helping them resolve any issues. The main reason for a customer call is to update or change their payment method.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Support sales campaigns with ideas, development and implementation.
  • Help support growth opportunities and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment.
  • Participates in support of marketing, advertising and social media campaigns on an as-needed bases.
  • Supports company initiatives and new projects where needed.

Experience and education:

University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Sales (or equivalent work experience).

Ability to successfully complete and keep current necessary licensing requirements.
