Regional Sales Manager
Locations: Atlanta or other Major East Coast Cities

What You’ll Do
Cisco Capital provides innovative, flexible payment solutions to Cisco customers. In this role, you will be working to facilitate sales for Cisco while demonstrating exceptional value for Cisco's customers. The primary function of this role is to manage a small but elite sales team selling custom financial solutions into our largest Service Provider customers. This position requires integrating financial solutions into the Cisco's field sales force strategy, meeting with customers and sales teams to sell, negotiate and close on financing contracts. This is a Player / Coach Role so you must have exceptional executive selling skills and experience selling in large complex accounts.

Who You’ll Work With
You will work with a fast-paced cross functional team of Cisco sales leaders and Cisco customers. You will also manage a cross functional team of Cisco Capital credit, pricing, marketing, operations and legal.

Required Skills, Capabilities and Experience: Experience in the technology finance field highly desired. Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills a must.

Other requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years’ experience in strategic sales roles in the financial services industry
  • Experience selling to large, complex and strategic customers at an executive level
  • Strong preference for technology financing experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) marketplace.
  • Position requires 25% of time traveling.

Compensation for this position is base salary + commission and you should have extensive demonstrated success in that type compensation model.
