CFO John Stanfield leads LQD Business Finance’s team in accounting, governance and compliance, HR, and administrative operations. Stanfield has over 17 years of accounting and finance experience. Prior to joining LQD Finance, he was the founder of Stanfield & Associates, LLC, a boutique CPA firm focused in the private equity industry. Previously, he also held positions at Ernst & Young, LLP and McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. Stanfield completed his bachelor’s degree and Master of Taxation (MST) from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Additionally, he completed a master’s degree in accountancy (MSA) from DePaul University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois State CPA Society.
