Priority One Financial Services announced that it has been selected as one of The Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 37 major publishing partners and recognizes a list of 150 National Top Workplaces. Over the past year, more than 5,000 organizations and 1 in every 88 employees in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees.

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD is what makes Priority One a Top Workplace. Every employee makes a difference and has a significant impact to the business. Employees know and work towards the company goals, continual training is provided, new ideas are encouraged by everyone and team work abounds. The hard work is rewarded with a casual atmosphere and dress code, break-time areas (ping-pong table, Foosball, Wii station), gym membership, family friendly functions held on-site (Halloween haunted houses, Easter egg hunts, spa days, brunch and lunches) and off-site (bowling, happy hours and holiday parties) and the flexibility to balance work and personal life.

“It is such an honor to hear such positive feedback from our employees about their work environment. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the enthusiasm Priority One employees bring to work every day and I believe their commitment to serving our dealers is second to none,” commented Heather Mariscal, president of Priority One.

Priority One has been serving the marine and RV industry since 1987. Acquired in 2007 by Forest River, Inc. a Berkshire Hathaway company, Priority One serves as the F&I managed services provider for hundreds of dealers nationwide. For more information, visit www.P1FS.com.
