Lisa Rafter, Publisher of Monitor, announced the formation of Rafter Educational Programs, LLC and the launch of STRIPES Leadership Program. STRIPES is a professional and personal leadership development program designed with purpose and intent to build, challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within the equipment finance industry. Building on Monitor’s history of collaboration with top industry leaders, STRIPES Leadership Program offers the industry’s best and brightest the opportunity to accelerate their professional and personal development in pursuit of excellence and fulfillment to support real, lasting growth and change. The 10-month, certificate granting program provides immersive training delivered by recognized industry leaders and best-in-class leadership experts, including a partnership with global management consultancy firm, Gap International, Inc. STRIPES offers rich components that build sustainably competitive transformations on both a personal and professional level.

STRIPES curriculum includes: Breakthrough Leadership Self-Assessment (BLSA) In Partnership with Gap International; 3 Day Breakthrough Intensive Program In Partnership with Gap International; Individual 3-5 Year Living Leadership Development Plan; Mentor/Mentee Program; Master Talks with Recognized Industry Leaders; Master Workshops with Recognized Industry Leaders and Best-in-Class Leadership Experts; Breakthrough Reflection Sessions; Independent Cohort Working Groups; Certification and Minimum Requirements.
