October’s issue of Equipment Leasing and Finance (ELFA) Magazine prominently features three ECS Financial employees, Sinead Murphy, Tobey Wilson, and Anne Dalgaard on the cover. The image honors them for their commitment to the finance industry and its emerging leaders.

ELFA Magazine is published by the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association—a trade association dedicated to the development of the equipment finance sector. The association is a major player in the industry. Being featured on the cover of their trade publication speaks to the success of Anne, Tobey, Sinead, and ECS as a whole.

The cover photo was taken at ELFA’s 3rd annual Emerging Talent Regional Networking Event held in Baltimore on Sept. 13. The event allows Millennials and industry newcomers to mingle and learn together.

“I am extremely proud of Anne, Sinead, and Tobey’s involvement in the equipment leasing industry. They are actively engaged in the leasing industry and at our firm and deserve the recognition,” said ECS Financial CEO, Sam Oliva. “Their drive and dedication to provide best-in-class services to our clients truly embodies the values of ECS Financial.”

Anne Dalgaard joined ECS after graduating college 12 years ago. She works as a manager for the financial company and specializes in the equipment leasing industry. Her desire to learn drew her to the event and resulted in the great honor of being featured.

ECS Shareholder Tobey Wilson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP). Tobey began as an intern and worked his way to shareholder. He is a trusted employee of the ECS family and is committed to his clients’ success.

Tobey attended the event to sharpen his skills and network with like-minded peers. “The event gave us insight into what industry leaders go through and how we can develop as leaders within the leasing industry,” Tobey said.

Sinead Murphy started her career with ECS at the age of 17 as an administrative assistant. She now serves as the Lease Servicing Manager. Her dedication to the industry sets her apart as an emerging leader worthy of ELFA’s recognition.

ECS and its employees fit perfectly on ELFA’s cover highlighting new industry talent since they continually strive to cultivate new talent and push them to become emerging leaders in the equipment financing industry.
