International Capital Equipment, LLC (ICE) announced that it has broken ground on a new facility outside of Memphis, Tennessee. The new facility will be in Mount Pleasant, Mississippi.  After years of feedback from ICE clients and a two-year exploratory market search, the strategically located facility will better satisfy client needs as it relates to storage and remarketing of their respective capital equipment. “The location is situated on Highway 72 at the crossroads of I-40, I-269, I-55, I-22 and the newly built Rail Spur on the Tennessee/Mississippi border” said COO and Partner Mark Self.  The facility will provide 8,000 square feet of indoor climate-controlled storage as well as over 8 acres of outdoor (fenced, gated, monitored with 24 -hour security) storage for clients’ assets.  The company expects the facility to be completed by October 2019.

The facility will enable ICE to service their clients nationally with a focus in the southeast United States region. ICE will also continue to be a licensed vehicle/truck/trailer dealership to further service the needs of clients.  ICE maintains additional satellite facilities throughout the continental United States.

ICE is an international capital equipment remarketing company.  ICE recovery/remarketing headquarters will be relocated in the new facility outside Memphis while their administrative/operations headquarters will remain in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
