Account Manager – Vendor and Direct

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Balboa Capital is seeking an experienced sales Account Manager to join our equipment financing team. Our ideal candidate is high energy, inspiring to others and motivated to exceed sales goals. Growth opportunities to move into a sales management position is possible.
Responsibilities:
- Individual producer focused on prospecting new opportunities
- Working with small and mid-size businesses to assist in securing funding
- Calling on campaigns through Salesforce and building a customer database
- Communicate with other managers and department leaders
- Establish and grow customer relationships, secure repeat/renewal business
- Provide appropriate financing solutions that address customers’ individual needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of successful equipment financing sales experience
- Sales management experience a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Excellent communication skills
