TD Bank has promoted Gary Barr to New Hampshire Commercial Market President. In this role, Barr will oversee all community and small business lending and drive growth for TD's commercial portfolio across the Granite State.

Barr has more than 30 years of commercial banking experience. He joined TD as Regional Vice President in Eastern New Hampshire in 2009 and dedicated the past decade to increasing TD’s commercial portfolio in the region while delivering comprehensive, personalized solutions to the bank's customers. Prior to joining TD, Barr worked at Citizens Bank in a variety of positions, most recently serving as Dealer Finance Market Manager, where he managed a team responsible for commercial lending activities to auto dealerships in Northern New England.

Actively engaged in TD's Diversity and Inclusion efforts, Barr serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Chair for the Northern New England Metro. He is also a U.S. Army veteran. Barr earned his bachelor of science in economics and finance from Southern New Hampshire University.

TD Bank has approximately 60 stores in New Hampshire and employs more than 800 people in the state.
