First Business Financial Services, Inc. announced the promotion of Brian Spielmann from Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to Director of Finance.

Spielmann joined First Business Financial Services, Inc., in 2006 as a Financial Accountant. Since then, he has held a few different roles, such as Senior Financial Accountant and Financial Reporting Manager. As Director of Finance, he will expand his management responsibilities and focus on asset/liability management, liquidity management and capital planning.
