First Business Bank, a division of First Business Financial Services, Inc., announced Diane Smith was hired as Vice President – Commercial Banking.

Smith joins First Business Bank with over 20 years of business experience. She is passionate about working with business executives of small- to middle-market companies who are open to a true banking relationship. She strives to be a resource for clients, surrounding them with a team dedicated to improving and growing their business. Prior to joining First Business, Diane was a Commercial Banker and owned her own business.

First Business Bank also announced Sandy Willison was hired as Director – SBA Closing.

Willison joins the SBA team at First Business Bank with more than 25 years of experience. She is passionate about helping small business owners achieve their goals through SBA lending, and is focused on effective internal operations with a goal of providing a positive, professional client experience.

Prior to First Business Bank, Willison held various senior management positions in SBA Closing at several financial institutions.
