July auction sales of rental & construction equipment tracked by Rouse averaged 2.4% higher than Rouse June FLV values. Rouse recorded 1,464 units that sold at 33 separate auction sales conducted across North America. The units represented a combined FLV (as of June 30th) of $38.5 million and generated $39.4 million of gross auction proceeds

During May, achieved rental rates increased 0.4% on average for the rental companies participating in the Rouse Analytics Rental Metrics Benchmark Service. Rates are up 5.1% relative to May 2012. Rouse Analytics calculates rate change weighted by prior period activity in accordance with the ARA Rental Market Metrics™ standard.
