Union Leasing announced the recent acquisition of the Warminister, PA-based, privately-held company, Express 4 x 4 Truck. Express provides outsourced management and transportation solutions to companies requiring reliable, full-size power vehicles to transport people, equipment and gear to work sites in remote areas.

Express 4x4 Truck’s expansive fleet of 3/4 ton, full-size, diesel 4x4 pickups from Dodge (Ram 2500), Ford (F-250) and General Motors (Chevrolet Silverado 2500), are used for construction, infrastructure, turbine, pipeline and security projects that typically last 6-15 months. With the working capital and resources available through Union Leasing, Express will be able to accelerate its growth as a market leader within the truck rental segment.
