First Business Equipment Finance, LLC, a subsidiary of First Business Financial Services, Inc., announced the promotion of Spencer Woodbury to Commercial Finance – Team Lead.

Woodbury joined First Business in 2017 as part of the Commercial Lending Team and served in a variety of positions. In the fall of 2018, he accepted a newly created position within First Business’ Equipment Finance Group. Woodbury began as a Credit and Sales Support Specialist, and over time he assumed additional responsibilities with a promotion in early 2020 to Team Lead. In his current role, he manages a group of professionals who are responsible for credit processing and risk management, underwriting, documentation review and approval, and prefunding audit work on small-ticket loan and lease transactions.
