LTi Technology Solutions (LTi), a provider in equipment finance software solutions, announced it has appointed Randi Maddox, a 23-year veteran in the equipment finance industry, as Portfolio Migration Manager. In this role, she will specialize in client migrations to LTi’s ASPIRE platform.
Maddox’s extensive background as Vice President for several financial companies will help LTi strengthen channel partnerships, develop strategic alliances and expand migrations. Maddox is in a unique position in which she has a wide breadth of knowledge about leasing, lease accounting and servicing operations. Through previous executive positions, she wore many hats and was involved with sales, migrations, client services, company growth, management, lease and loan accounting, financial reporting and more.
Maddox said, “I’m proud of all that LTi has accomplished over the past 30 years. I am very excited to join the LTi team. I believe LTi has a great customer-centric business model and talented management team that uniquely positions itself to capitalize on the ever-changing equipment finance industry. As the industry evolves through restructuring and technology migrations, I believe LTi is in a position to provide a cost-effective and timely suite of services to help companies maximize their growth.”
She recalled one interaction that resonated with her about her experience with LTi. “In 2016, I first met with LTi. I met Jeff Van Slyke, President and CEO, and Kevin Truitt, Vice President – Product Management. They came to visit and review the RFP for my previous employer. I was extremely impressed that they came for a visit so early in the selection process that they thought we were important enough to travel to Portland and see us face to face. None of the other vendors visited this early in the cycle. I really enjoyed the people on the LTi team and the way they conducted business. They were forthcoming with their promises and did not say what we wanted to hear, but said what they could do for us. Long story short, I fell in love with LTi then. This showed me that as a true cloud technology partner, LTi takes the time to understand your business and practice a customer-centric approach.”
