BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions Adds Grosse as Head of Compliance

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions announced the appointment of Taais Grosse as Global Head of Compliance. She succeeds Agnes Dutot who has joined Arval as Global Head of Compliance.

Grosse’s missions include financial security, protection of interests of clients (PIC), market integrity and professional ethics. While she’s based at the Nanterre Headquarters, Grosse reports to the Head of Compliance for Domestic Markets, Hilde Duson – this function being vertically linked to the BNP Paribas Group to ensure maximum transparency and ethics.

Taais graduated from the Universities of Brown and Georgetown. She joined the BNP Paribas Group in 2014 after six years of experience with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of International Affairs based out of the U.S. Embassy in Paris, France.

From 2016 to 2020, she worked as a Senior Financial Security Compliance Officer with International Financial Services (IFS) within the BNP Paribas Group. She was in charge of project management, risk analysis, permanent control missions, and advisory for the Non-Banking IFS Business Lines.

Prior to joining IFS, Taais was Vice-President of Policies & Procedures at BNP Paribas Financial Security U.S. Compliance Domain in New York from 2014 to 2016 where she was the Team Lead for the creation and update of Group Sanctions policies, procedures and norms, and conducted trainings at the Group level.
