Stonebriar Commercial Finance Promotes Bell and Fate

Stonebriar Commercial Finance announced the promotion of Travis Bell to Managing Director of Originations. Bell joined Stonebriar in 2017 as part of SCF’s Real Estate platform acquisition. Bell has a demonstrable track record of success growing Stonebriar’s Real Estate platform and developing relationships across the industry. With his promotion, Travis will expand his focus to include Stonebriar’s General Equipment platform.

Ryan Ellis, Vice President – Head of Real Estate, expressed: “Travis’ development over the past three years is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and willingness to expand the scope of his contributions to Stonebriar. In addition to structuring complex transactions, Travis has excelled in originating transactions and cultivating genuine relationships with decision makers in the industry. I am excited for his future success in this expanded role.”

Stonebriar also announced the promotion of Grant Fate to Assistant Vice President Capital Markets. Fate joined the Stonebriar Capital Markets team as an Associate in 2019. His expanded role will include increasing responsibility for indirect originations and the syndication of loan and lease transactions.
