First Business Bank, a division of First Business Financial Services, Inc., announce Damon Stelting was hired as Vice President – Commercial Banking.

Stelting joins First Business Bank with over 20 years of commercial banking experience, serving businesses of all sizes within a wide range of industries. His experience includes coordinating financing packages for clients, leading large shared credit facilities and structuring M&A financing.

He received his BA from MidAmerica Nazarene University and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
