Fonseca Promoted to Senior Finance and Operations Manager of ENGS Insurance Agency

ENGS Insurance Agency, LLC (EIA), a subsidiary of ENGS Commercial Finance Co. (ENGS), announced Maria Fonseca has been promoted to Senior Finance and Operations Manager – EIA.

EIA specializes in the Transportation, Industrial, and Construction industries, offering General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property and Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Fonseca has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Her experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, operations and systems Implementation have been instrumental in several independent insurance agencies experience growth and sustainability.

As an experienced insurance executive, Fonseca has held various management positions which include Operations, Finance and Controller. Her accumulation of experience spans from large international insurance agencies to small family-owned agencies. Fonseca joined EIA in February 2021 as Manager of Accounting Operations and quickly made an immediate impact by implementing processes to increase efficiency and strategic growth initiatives of EIA. Fonseca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from DeVry University and an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management.
