Honour Capital Adds Three Team Members

April 08, 2022, 07:23 AM

Honour Capital co-founders Brian Slipka and Shea Huston announced the addition of three new team members: Matt Boyce, sales; Steve Pietrowski, credit; and Mariah Rudin, client care.

“We have a great team, and we are all on a mission to combine the best aspects of a bank, including access to capital and stability, with the best aspects of being institutionally independent,” said Huston. “We offer access to multiple funding sources, less regulation and more creativity in the underwriting and transactional design process.”

“We have expanded quickly, and we have our team to thank for our ability to fill the void left by banks and traditional vendor captive financing,” said Slipka.

Boyce and Pietrowski came to Honour Capital from Huntington National Bank. Boyce is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College; Pietrowski is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas; and Rudin most recently worked at Infinite Campus, and she is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stout.

Minneapolis, MN-based Honour Capital provides strategic, purpose-driven capital financing.
